Delete your account

Fastest way

From the app

Open the Orbit app (Orbit Staff or Orbit Operations), go to the Profile tab, and tap Delete account. Your account is deleted permanently and immediately. If your account hasn't been linked to a workplace yet, use the delete option on the join screen.

No longer have the app?

Request deletion by email

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email us from the email address on your account and we'll delete it for you. Send a message with the subject "Delete my account" to:

We verify the request against your account email and complete deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What happens

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes:

• Your profile and login — your name, email, sign-in credentials and account identifiers.
• Your personal data — your availability, leave requests, push tokens and the messages you've sent.

Note: your employer may be legally required to retain certain work records (for example, timesheets kept for payroll or tax purposes). Those records are held by the business under its own legal obligations and are no longer linked to an active account.
