Questions.
Does the new starter need to download an app?
No. The invite is an email with a link, and they complete it on their phone’s browser. They use the Orbit Staff app once they start.
Does Orbit check VEVO?
Your manager runs the VEVO check and records the result in Orbit. Orbit keeps the record and reminds you before a visa expires.
What happens when I approve?
If Xero is connected, the new starter is created in the right Xero organisation with their details. You can also email or download the completed payroll details for your accountant.
Is onboarding extra?
No. Onboarding is part of the core platform.
