Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Orbit Workforce, an operations platform for businesses and their teams provided by Operator Systems Pty Ltd(“Operator Systems”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using Orbit Workforce — through our website or mobile apps — you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

Use of the service

Acceptable use

You agree to use Orbit Workforce lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • Misuse the service. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other organisations’ data, or our systems; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service; or interfere with its normal operation.
  • Break the law. Use Orbit Workforce to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or in breach of any applicable law, regulation, or third party’s rights.
  • Abuse access. Share login credentials, resell or sublicense the service without our written consent, or use automated means to extract data beyond the features we provide.

Your account

User accounts

You need an account to use most of Orbit Workforce. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are scoped to a single organisation; access to a workplace’s data is controlled by that organisation’s administrators. Notify us promptly at info@operatorsystems.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

Obligations

Your responsibilities

  • Accurate information. Provide accurate account and business information and keep it up to date.
  • Your data and your people. You are responsible for the data you and your team enter, and for ensuring you have the right to provide any personal information about your staff that you put into the platform.
  • Lawful employment use. Orbit Workforce provides operational tooling (rosters, timesheets, cost estimates). You remain responsible for compliance with employment, payroll, and workplace laws. Figures shown in the app are estimates and are not a substitute for payroll or legal advice.

Ownership

Intellectual property

Orbit Workforce, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Operator Systems Pty Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while these Terms are in effect. You retain ownership of the data your organisation submits to the platform; you grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the service except as permitted by law.

Availability

Service availability

We work to keep Orbit Workforce available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the service from time to time. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the security or integrity of the platform.

Liability

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit Workforce is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law; where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by that law.

Ending the agreement

Termination

You may stop using Orbit Workforce at any time and may delete your account from within the app (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to other users or our systems. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will handle any remaining data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
