Do I need a POS connected?
No. Sales can come from the close report your team fills in on the app, or from sales reports your POS already emails, forwarded to Orbit. A direct POS connection is set up with our team.
Are the labour figures exact?
Rostered figures are estimates. Approved figures come from approved timesheets priced under the award. Either way, cost estimates are marked as estimates.
Can managers see sales and wages?
Only if their role allows it. The owner decides.
