Can different stores use different software?
Yes. Each store has one payroll connection and one books connection, so a business on Xero and another on Employment Hero can sit in one Orbit.
Which POS systems connect?
Direct POS connections are set up with our team. Without one, forward your POS’s emailed sales reports to Orbit, or enter sales on the close report.
Does Orbit change anything in Xero on its own?
Orbit sends the hours you approve and creates the new starters you approve. It never deletes anything in Xero.
