Visit our sign-up page to tell us about your business and get started. If you are joining an existing team, use your invitation or ask your manager how to join your store.
Before you start
Decide whether you are setting up a business or joining a team that already uses Orbit.
Step by step
If you are joining an existing team, open your manager’s invitation first. Use the email address the invitation was sent to.
If your manager has supplied a store join code, follow the join process in the app and enter that code.
If you are setting up a new business, open Get started and complete the sign-up form with your business details.
Complete the account steps shown on screen, then check the organisation and store that appear after sign-in.

If you need more help
If you already have an account, try signing in or resetting its password. If an invitation is no longer usable, ask the sender for a fresh one.
